A video recording is compulsory for all return and refund claims.

- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
- The video must be unedited and recorded in a single continuous shot.
3. Return & Exchange Charges
- A return or exchange handling fee of up to ₹150 may apply depending on the product and location.
- This charge covers reverse pickup and re-shipping costs where applicable.
