Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges range from ₹70 to ₹200 per order, depending on the product type, weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the courier's website.
6. Failed Delivery & Re-attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (unboxing video is mandatory).
- In the rare event of a lost shipment, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
