By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges range from ₹70 to ₹200 depending on the product, weight, and delivery location.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, perishables, or items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
