5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We accept return and refund requests only in the following cases:

• Missing Item — An item from your order was not delivered.
• Damaged Product — The product received is physically damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A video recording is compulsory for all return and refund claims.

• Record an unboxing video at the time of opening your package.
• The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening, the unboxing process, and the condition of the product upon receipt.
• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
• The video must be unedited and recorded in a single continuous shot.

3. Return & Exchange Charges

• A return or exchange handling fee of up to ₹150 may apply depending on the product and location.
• This charge covers reverse pickup and re-shipping costs where applicable.
• The exact charge will be communicated to you at the time of claim approval.
